Choi's Journey of the Conscious Mind

Here I write down my attempts and experiences from my nightly experiences (lucid dreams, Obe's and APing)

It sometime might look like I am trying to sell out my techniques, so I apologize for that. But it's just my way of writing it in order to motivate myself.

I personally hate "BEST TECHNIQUE THREADS" or technique threads at all for that matter, because I allways seem to put all my confidence and belief in the technique, but when I try it and fail I just blame myself... Instead of learning it my own way and put the confidence and believe in myself.

You can of course still read about techniques and methods, but just see them as guidelines and not bullet proof science. Believe me it's easy to get into that mindset.
And by the way, even science can be prooved wrong ;)

So be crtical while reading this.. I just hope that you learn from my experience the same way I have learned from others like:

Enjoy!

1. Sex On The Grass!

Lucid
Semi-Lucid (I'll erase this one)
Dream
Thoughts

I decided to try to become lucid without any reality check at all, but that was a stupid idea because I got lots of false awakenings so I could have become lucid much earlier. So tomorrow I will use visualisations as a reality check.

But on one of the awakenings I started to visualise that I went out of my bed, but in the visualisation I lost myself!
I started to dream very vivid, but ignored that I was lucid even if I was, but when I come out to the yard and saw a really hot girl walking by I remembered that I was lucid. I have never had lucid dream sex, so I wanted to try.
So I flew over to her looked her in the eye and well we did it on the grass. This sex lasted for 40 seconds or so, so yeah a quick one, but the next alarm woke me up. I am going to continue to use these alarms to see if it's 100 % sure to become lucid with them, one downside is that I only lucid dream for a short period of time, until the alarm wakes me up.
So if it really is a 100 % sure way to lucid dream, I am going to make the alarms longer.

I just want you to be aware of that a dream is a thought! At first it feels like a visualisation, then it becomes vivid and then it's a dream the trick is to stay aware long enough to experience the switch between these two, but with the timer method it's like a DEILD so it only takes a few seconds, but if I am lazy and fail the DEILD attempt the dream is still so vivid that I might become lucid in the dream. I will call the inductions different names depending on how I become lucid, but it's basically all EILDS, because I am doing nothning, but the alarms does everything. But I am going to start reality checking on every awakening to notice my FA:s.
