Choi's Journey of the Conscious Mind

Here I write down my attempts and experiences from my nightly experiences (lucid dreams, Obe's and APing)

It sometime might look like I am trying to sell out my techniques, so I apologize for that. But it's just my way of writing it in order to motivate myself.

I personally hate "BEST TECHNIQUE THREADS" or technique threads at all for that matter, because I allways seem to put all my confidence and belief in the technique, but when I try it and fail I just blame myself... Instead of learning it my own way and put the confidence and believe in myself.

You can of course still read about techniques and methods, but just see them as guidelines and not bullet proof science. Believe me it's easy to get into that mindset.
And by the way, even science can be prooved wrong ;)

So be crtical while reading this.. I just hope that you learn from my experience the same way I have learned from others like:

Stephen LaBerge - lucidity.com
Tim Post - Lucidipedia.com
DreamWarrior - Wakeupinyourdreams.com
Michael Raduga - obe4u.com
Frank Kepple - Astral Pulse
My friends Fredrik, Tony and Philip
Thomas Campbell and Bob Monroe - The Monroe Institute
And all the great members of Dreamviews!

Enjoy!

This time when I went to WILD, I had an sleepmask on me and I had my eyes open behind it, so all I saw was darkness. I started to go through my day with eyes open, to relax myself. Then I pictured myself getting to a location and I felt my body "yawning" not like the sleep paralysis wave but my body was starting to become fully relaxed. And here I lost consciousnes... Although I woke up shortly after and I felt my nose was itching on the tip. I thought this was the test signal or something, but then I was overwhelmed with the feeling of failure. I kept still, but I thought that I had already failed, so I gave up.
But I hadn't moved my body, so I hadn't failed the failure was that I gave up. I then fell asleep normally.

I were in my school and some girls that I know asked me if I wanted to play soccer, and I said "Nah I have to go" and they inisisted "Come man it will be fun!" and I stayed. Then I suddenly blacked out and wake up in my bed, but there is three girls laying there! How the f*ck did I thought I was awake... it was an odd false awakening. and I went back to sleep.

I remembered more on the awakening, but I didn't write it down, so now I have forget what i dreamt.
