Choi's Journey of the Conscious Mind

Here I write down my attempts and experiences from my nightly experiences (lucid dreams, Obe's and APing)

It sometime might look like I am trying to sell out my techniques, so I apologize for that. But it's just my way of writing it in order to motivate myself.

I personally hate "BEST TECHNIQUE THREADS" or technique threads at all for that matter, because I allways seem to put all my confidence and belief in the technique, but when I try it and fail I just blame myself... Instead of learning it my own way and put the confidence and believe in myself.

You can of course still read about techniques and methods, but just see them as guidelines and not bullet proof science. Believe me it's easy to get into that mindset.
And by the way, even science can be prooved wrong ;)

So be crtical while reading this.. I just hope that you learn from my experience the same way I have learned from others like:

This time I tried the "numb" my legs method again, and this time I fell asleep unconsciously.
I will keep trying this weird technique every night, because even if can't stay aware, it felt like I was more aware of my dreams when sleeping on my back.

I had some dreams, but I am not going to note my dreams anymore, because I am gonig to try to develop complete natural dream recall, my dreams are gonig to become my memories too! If I don't remember one dream well, then I was not aware of it enough, so I am forcing myself to remember more and to become more aware.

I had one long neverending dream, but it was a really cool dream. I were in my school talking to some friends, and then we went to a lesson called "Lucid dreaming class". In the dream this was completely normal for me and I went in there to meet my teacher. I noticed that I was very tired during the class and I fell asleep, within the dream. I started to dream and I become lucid. I were standing in my friend's house and I thought "If I want to stabilise this dream I have to do it aggressively and I started to look at every object in the room, but I never stabilised my "Mind" or my other senses.
So this was just a brief moment of lucidity, because I forgot that I was dreaming, although the dream was still very vivid.
.
I was still dreaming that I was lucid though...
I met my friend and we were going to watch tv and when we opened the door we saw a couple having sex!
We immediatelly closed the door and looked chocked at each other. We then peaked through the keyhole and saw a really beautiful woman with an ugly little man. My friend told me that he wanted to have sex with her so badly and asked me if I could make that happend. And I said "Sure I can make that man go away and you can take his place". So I ran into the room and heard her moaning, and I jumped into the bed and grabbed the man's leg and throw him out of the room haha.
Then my friend went in there and I got out.

Then I woke up inside the classroom again, and thought I was awake. The teacher was giving a lot of wrong information about lucid dreaming and I got angry and protested. The other looked weird at me, but I just ignored them.

Then I woke up for real. I am going to keep doing this normal WILD -> DILD style on weekdays. But on weekend I think I am going to do the bullet proof timer method, just to make sure that I can pracctise dream stabilisation every week. The timer method is great although, when you get lucid, you only have some mniutes before you lose it, but when I think about it what differs that from the other lucidity moment I have ^^ ?
But I also want to be a "natural" so the timer method will work as a break from that pracctise.
