Hi everyone. I already had a few lucid dreams ten years ago but didn't know what to do with it and therefore I stopped. I was able to have superpowers, teleportation and to summon at the first attempts. Now I want to enter again in this magic works and I restarted my training. This is my dream journal

Thanks guys! I'm keeping doing reality checks (the nose pinch, the finger through the hand , observing texts, double checking landscapes and people faces to see if something changed. The mirrors I rather avoid them). I also do immediately a reality check everything I wake up just in case I experience false awakenings. When I tried the first time ten years ago I had lucid dreams in around one week. After the first lucid dream I stopped but still got some other lucid dreams. I experienced sleep paralysis but didn't get scary of it at all. Last time I heard whispering and I thought was my girlfriend but when I woke up the whispering stopped, so it was most probably an auditory hallucination.
During the last two days I had realization of dreams but as soon as I knew it was a dream I was awake. That happened also in the past. Annoying but part of the process I guess.

Almost became lucid: I was in the front of a mirror (I hate mirrors in dreams as they can be very frightening) and instead of me the mirror was rendering two blond Dutch children. I was making weird faces (I do it sometimes in real life) that were repeated sometimes from one and sometimes from the other child. Suddenly I was like "WTF? This is a dream!" But instead of becoming lucid I woke up.

Dream (non lucid): I was temporarily living in Florence with my girlfriend and my best friend. We were going around and participating to many different activities, including a sort of Catholic gathering where some priests were highly disagreeing about each other's opinions. At a certain point I was running on a long board that I could morph into a racing bike but I lost it under a bridge. I went down the bridge and there was a sort of subterraneous building where there was an office for the lost objects. The two girls in charge started to change the structure of the bridge from their computers in order to find my longboard but without success, explaining me that this operation could damage all the other lost objects. At the end they give up and they give me a brand new longboard , which was illegal to do. When i went out with my girlfriend all the other dream characters (that means all the inhabitants of Florence!) seemed to know me and be aware of what I did (they were gossiping) and I wanted to escape from the city because I was worried that the police can find me and arrest me or give me a huge fine. Endless and very detailed dream with many dream signs but no lucidity. Very nice though.

      Dream (non lucid):
Last night I participated to a gymnastic competition and did pretty decently. It was consisting in a series of bodyweight exercises with fixed number of repetitions and it was a team competition with also individual results. I was participating as a single representing Italy, and completed in 90 seconds. That was pretty good, because I checked a paper with the results and I saw that a team had 5.10 for a team of 3 people and 3 of me would have completed in 4.30 (apparently I can do math in a non-lucid dream). Then there was a buffet with the participants and before I started to eat and drink I went to the toilet because I had to urinate. Then I woke up because of the alarm clock.

Very realistic dream where I behaved in a very natural way. As dream elements, in a real life competition I would have performed somewhat worse, plus my clothes changed between the competition and the buffet: from sport clothes to smart casual ones. During the competition I was seeing myself competing in a close portrait from the shoulders.
