    1. The renovation

by , 07-21-2011 at 09:47 PM (The journey of JussiKala)
The house was being renovated. It's usually been white, cheerful, modern looking, squarey rooms, and such. After the "renovation", the reason of which I never found out, the house was petty much only grayscale colors, with a dash of dark green and blue here and there. Rooms were triangley by shape, and the athmosphere was spookier. Me and the renovators were putting stuff like furniture, random boxes I did not know the contents of, electronics, food, and such, in the attic, to not get in the way during the renovation of the other part of the house. I went away for a little while. When I came back, I saw someone had taken all of the stuff from my personal room to the attic, including my PC and bed. They told me they'd have no time to do my room separately. I raged at them for a bit, and at least got them to agree to help to get the stuff out of the attic before they left.

So it was night. Had to sleep now. The only really suitable place was this semi-big branch off from the living room. There were mattresses on the floor for me and the other people who live in the house (nobody from IRL, just random people living in the same house... o.o ). So we slept there. I had to move my mattress out of the way of someone at some point, and as I was getting back on the matress to get some moar sleep, I came lucid. I have no clue.. at all how. That spot is a blank space in my memory. Those couple of seconds. Then I remember is realizing that this might be a dream, and then doing a nose pinch RC, and it being successful. I looked around. I stood up. I was glad. I remembered that I had a lucid goal of seeing a certain object and touching it. However, I failed this. At least, I think I did. You see, the memory ends there after looking around. I have a pretty strong feeling the dream ended there, yet I don't really know. There was no fading, no sudden end, yet I can't remember anything farther than that, and I dont' feel like anything happened either.

    2. The Ski Trip

by , 07-06-2011 at 11:13 AM (The journey of JussiKala)
So it was the last day of the holiday I was on. Since there was nothing more to do at this point, and there was a ski center nearby, I thought, why not? It'd be ton of fun.

On the top of the mountain, or whatever it could be called, I had a quick overlook at the whole area. There was a main slope, a slope to the secondary ski center here, and numerous smaller slopes. At the bottom of the mainslope, there was this big building, which had a couple of restaurants and such, so I knew I was going to there later to eat and such. I thought I'd do best going to the secondary ski center first. And I took the looong nearly flat and very wide slope going there.

On the trip to the place where they sold tickets at, I noticed I had left my ski poles on the top of the mountain/whatever. So I had to rent some. The poles were both white. Afterwards I went and purchased the tickets. The lady there unfortunately didn't speak english for some reason, but I managed to mess around enough to figure out how to purchase tickets to the specific area I wanted to ski on. It was now 14:53. I'd better hurry.

I took the first lift up. On the trip I noticed my poles had changed color to pink. Unfortunately I did not reason myself further.

On the second lift, I noticed my poles were now yellow. I thought, what the heck, I'll do a nose pinch RC, and it worked. That instant, I came lucid. What happened in nearly all of my lucids started happening again. The dream was quickly fading away. But I managed to pull it back up with mental effort. I was now there, in the ski lift, looking around. I was in awe of the beatiful scenery around me, snowy mountains, large trees, etc. From the back of the hill, a blimp appeared, a big one. It slowly flew over the lift I was on there. I was amazed at all the detail. Afterwards, I remembered I had some goals to do in my dreams. The first of which was to count fingers. Not a challenge in any way but to just remember to do it. I looked around and had difficulty finding where my hand was. It took a while but I found it. Started counting my fingers. There were 5 on one hand. And on top of that, the ghost image of my hand too. Kinda what would happen IRL if you crossed your eyes. And at that point, I could not sustain the dream longer. And I woke up.

      ---

Nearly forgot to fill this in and it's already 3 hours after waking up so I don't remember all the details of the dream so vividly anymore.
