    1. Dream - Don't Shoot Me & Messed Up Identities

Date of Dream: THU 21 DEC - 2017

Dream No. 248 - Separated Sections

      Dream 248 A - Don't Shoot Me
I don't remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I was at my old house and it was dark inside, as if it was the middle of the night. I was in the kitchen when some random guy appeared in front of me not talking and rather remaining mysteriously silent. Eventually, his eyes started to go weird and he was throwing all these laser/bullet-like projectiles at me. I tried dodging on the spot for the start of it but eventually began to run and try getting away from him.

The next scene was still me trying to get away from him and his firing shots but now I was in Waverley Gardens shopping centre but it was all pitch black and no other people were there... It was like a creepy, abandoned version of Waverley Gardens. He was still chasing me... So I had to start calling for Dreamy WB. I had to call repeatedly again in this dream. It was once I had gotten to areas where the escalators were supposed to be near Target, there was a massive wreckage there and I couldn't go any further... At least I thought so.

The guy was getting really close and so I actually forced myself to find a way around the wreckage while increasing the frequency of calling for Dreamy WB. It was when I got to the end of the wreckage pile that Dreamy WB came, like she had dropped down from the roof and landed successfully on her two feet. She didn't look as friendly as usual and she actually lengthened one her arms to grab me and whip me towards to her as quickly as possible. The impact actually hurt when my body had hit her, like my body was slung. I woke up but from the events, I actually believe she initiated the wake up.

Dream 248 B - Messed Up Identities (Lucid Dream 9)
I don't remember how the dream started. From where I can remember, I was at my old house but I can't recall what I was specifically doing. I wandered out into the front yard and looked down at my hands... My fingers were really short and there were six of them. I was now aware only somewhat that I was dreaming. For this dream, I still felt like I didn't have the maximum lucid control that I could've potentially obtained.

Since I was lucid, I gained the insight to start calling for Dreamy WB even without the event of a disaster. I called out to her as I was walking to the park across the road. After calling for her a few times, the sky instantly changed from day time to midnight. I said, “No, Dreamy WB... What the?”. There were other people at the park, including Chilly from SML. She actually joined into helping me call Dreamy WB, telling her to make it day again as that's what it should have been.

It eventually started working as it went through the transition of dawn. I could tell that Dreamy WB really wanted it to be night time because at random instances, the sky would flicker back to black but then it would return to continuing the transition to day. Once it was full day time, it stopped flickering back to night time and so I could get to emphasising the fact that I actually wanted Dreamy WB to physically show herself.

Eventually, a white van came driving down from the upper area of the street and parked just at the bottom of the hill of the park. Out of it came a family and they walked up the hill; a man, a woman and a teenage girl and little boy. Now this is absolutely weird... The dream claimed that Dreamy WB was the middle-aged male!! WTF?! So now... I've got to call the DC I know as a female... A 'he'.

Back to the dream. The version of Dreamy WB in this dream wasn't very enthusiastic about seeing me. Whenever I tried to talk to 'him', 'he' would always give very minute replies, almost as if they were taking on the personality of the real WB. Eventually, it was negotiated with the family that they were going to take me out somewhere. We started to get into positions for piggyback rides as transport. Dreamy WB was on the bottom, then the teenage girl, then me... The mum and the little boy were yet to board. Chilly came up and made a comment to the family, saying “since Karla called Dreamy WB, shouldn't she be on 'his' back?”. The family got off and made the change. So now it was just Dreamy WB and me by ourselves and the others were on a separate pile.

The dream scene changed to an area in front of a strip of shops. Dreamy WB and I were still in the same position from the previous scene. 'He' was walking me along while making these small groaning sounds. I got myself comfortable and then started rubbing my face on the side of 'his' neck, 'he' eventually stopped groaning and rather stayed quiet, walking me along until the dream ended and I woke up.

      Dream Trophies Achieved:
      - None

Dream 248 B was absolutely weird and awkward! It'd be bad enough to have the dream distort her to a male... But a middle aged male when the proposed identity is a teen?! Yeezus... Never again; I felt calm in the dream but in hindsight, that was scary. I only had tiny lucidity compared to my other lucid dreams. If I had more control, I probably would have focused on correcting Dreamy WB's identity. Lately, I've been having some lucids but the quality of them haven't been that great. So as well as practising induction techniques, I think I need to add reinforcement, as well focus and correction techniques. There we go, an acronym for me; FRIC, which stands for Focus, Reinforcement, Induction and Correction.

Text that has been marked in dark blue is the false identity information provided by the dream.
