Dream No. 292 - The Battle For SML Arbatec (YouTube)

The dream started a bit differently and I actually remember enough to officially launch the recap. In this dream, Dreamy WB's place of residence was known to be the elemental temple, just like in Spyro The Eternal Night, except instead of it being looked after by the Chronicler, it was looked after by Dreamy WB. Her appearance in this dream was an all navy blue outfit with multiple braids pinned onto her head, making it an orderly hair-do with no bits of frizz sticking out anywhere. She always carried a serious disposition on her face but her words and actions were that of the compassionate dream guide.

Dreamy WB and I were outside the temple just looking up at the ash grey sky. It was dark and dismal outside just like there was some kind of war going on somewhere close by, all this visual smoke in the sky but you couldn't smell it or breathe it. This whole scene was coloured in grey-scale; the only things in RGB colour were me and Dreamy WB. We were talking about something but I forgot what about specifically. I then followed her back into the temple and this is where the core part of the dream started.

The dream scene shifted to me being at my old house. I was in the sitting room, on the yellow couch with the curtains closed, wanting to watch some TV when my parents were always walking past and being noisy. I eventually switched on the TV and the following is what I saw. It was an American family, a dad and two teenage kids (these two kids were more like high-aged adolescents). Supposedly it was Logan's dad (whom I know nothing about in regards to name or appearance), Logan, and Logan's brother (but not Lance). It's hard to describe the look and nature of Logan's dream-brother (but for identity's sake, I'll call him Luke).

I soon discovered that the family were not actually there but it was actually a portrayal of Logan's family played by some unknown actors. They were in this dark (but inviting and modern-furnished) house, sitting around the dining table, having a conversation about something. Logan's dad was being all serious but I forgot what he said or did. Logan wanted to make some sort of video but was having trouble with something, so he was asking Luke a question who in this dream, is the technical genius of the family.

The platform that Logan wanted to upload his video to was called Arbatec (this is supposedly the dream's equivalent of YouTube). There were some weird scenes going on at this point in time. Now don't be confused, although in the kitchen in my house, this scene was playing on the TV that I was watching. It was some silly commercial advertising the Arbatec service. There was this crazy man saying something like “Wanna make some Arbatec? Just add some egg, milk, butter, and a pineapple!” He was listing the ingredients as he put them one by one in this big plastic cylinder and then used a blender on all of it. Then he put it into a drinking up and slurped away at it with a straw.

The scene on the TV then shifted back the acting of Logan's family but I forgot what they were doing at this point in time. In this second scene, there was a girl with blonde hair that would occasionally stick her head out of the sidelines and wave to the audience watching the TV. This girl was supposed to resemble Chilly.

Something then caught my attention off screen, in the house. This was this woman with blonde hair walking past, towards my parents bedroom. I frantically waved at her and said “Hello!”. But when the woman revealed her face to me, I became embarrassed... I acted so crazy, yet it wasn't Chilly. I gasped in fright and said something “Oh dear, sorry, I thought you were C-Monetary5” (C-Monetary5 was supposedly Chilly's username in the dream). The middle-aged woman then stormed off out the front door.

In the next parts of this dream, my parents were constantly walking backwards and forwards across the TV and so I was getting really annoyed. This next scene was really important too because this is what revealed the dangers that Logan was facing (which is the reflection of his real life YouTube situation). Logan's actor was saying things like “Look at what Arbatec's doing to me!” as he pointed to his tablet for his actor dad to have a look at.

My dad was now walking past me and was actually approaching me to say something. Unfortunately it was right when Logan's actor was saying the most important things. My dad was like “why don't you come with us?”. Constantly, I had to go, “Dad! I'm missing the most important stuff here!”. He just kept going on and so I unfortunately had to tell him to shoo. Eventually he did and I was left in piece and quiet again to take in what was going on.

Back on the TV, the show was changing scenes, from Logan's house, over to where I was, with Dreamy WB back at the elemental temple. She and I are at the vision portal and apparently she and I were watching what was happening to Logan this whole time. She and I gave a concerned look to each other and then I said to her, “Logan's channel is in danger, we need to help him”. She then said to me that we needed to bring him to us. “How?”, I asked her.

She pointed towards the middle of the room but said nothing. I was going to figure this one out eventually. I walked to the centre of the room where the vision portal wasn't, took a deep breath in and then unleashed a constant stream of earth element to the ceiling that looked more like green lightning. As the elemental stream hit the ceiling of the temple, it made a beam of light ascend through the floor of Logan's dream-house, hitting him directly beneath the feet.

The more that Logan was exposed to the element, something was happening. It was no longer the actor, he was slowly transforming into the true Logan. The element was still active but when Logan was fully himself, appearance with the Jeffy T-shirt on, he managed to dislodge himself from being once frozen within the mint coloured light and he ran off to the side of the TV screen, supposedly jumping down to join Dreamy WB and I in the temple... It was a massive drop, did he survive? Just as Logan had successfully landed where the element was once being shot from, both Dreamy WB and I standing back at the rim of the vision portal to welcome him, I woke up.

On recapping the dream, I figured that there was really cool stuff that happened. I was actually watching the whole dream unfold on the TV (weird I know). Because I think I might actually show Logan, I've had to put a bit more effort in typing this up. The purple sections are not events in the dream but rather, are an explanation of the events. Although unfortunately, when I do send the entry, there won't be colour options, so he'll have navigate through the brackets himself.

What's interesting is that the dream has actually put me on a cliffhanger. My intention was to have a dream where Dreamy WB deals with YouTube instantly, so I wasn't expecting this kind of approach. I wonder what Part II will be about and whether there's need for a Part III.
