    1. Never Trust France (Comp day 3)

      I had superpowers. I was a superweapon made in France. I could fly, had super strength, and telekinesis. I think I got arrested at some point because I started to follow my mom's orders and not those of the French government but I simply broke out. Eventually got to my house IRL and passed out in the bed, waking up in real life.

      I was playing some competitive game and my rewards came in a stack of boxes. I think my boxes were orange ish and had lions on the front. The rewards I got in this box were probably related to how much I stole from other contestants.

    5. The Dream Ever

      Me and my cousins raided a home we used to live in apparently. It gave us XP. I think it was for a fortnite challenge or something. Anyway, there were ants all over my floor and soon to be cops at my door, and I wasn't getting any XP. I found a broken version of my dice tray. Then we got back on a school bus we'd been riding.
      Something else we used to travel is a bike with seats, though it was kinda slippery to control.
      Another part of this dream consisted of fighting and killing a woman out of self-defense with my cousin, and then fighting her husband. Her husband was Gandhi. Anyway, he stopped fighting us and respected our strength. When he learned we were half Saiyan, he led us to Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
      It turns out Dwayne was also half Saiyan, and his father was in the room, but stoic. He always wore a full suit of futuristic knightly armor and never talked.
      Later in the dream as we were doing the stealing and XP stuff (because that happened after) we were about to leave on the teleporter to go rob something. Apparently Dwayne's dad knew shanks from one piece and they were good friends. To tell shanks it was time to go, Dwayne's dad took off his helmet and spoke. He looked like he was a little undead and for some reason, had an Australian accent.
      As everyone was getting in the teleporter, Dwayne's dad held me back. Apparently, we had to take the school bus.
      To sum up, my cousins and I fought Dwayne The Rock Johnson's parents, then robbed our own house for battle pass XP.

      There was a new warrior skill in treasure quest. It was a self buff that gave your melee strikes chain lightning like shock arrows. Seems like it would be pretty good. Mine was blue I think. There was another skill added but I forgor

    7. Monsters on the Court

      I was adopted and I had an adopted sister. We were really good at basketball. I could make a shot from anywhere on the court no matter how stupid with 98.7% accuracy. My sister could cross anyone up, even multiple people at once. She would create so much space for me and I'd hit insane shots.

      I think we started on the Knicks but we were trying out for the bulls. The coach didn't like my shooting because he said it was too flashy and that I got lucky, apparently never watching a game I was in. I actually started missing shots because he was in my head. I woke up before the tryout ended.

    8. Progress

      I did WILD and the first thing I did was take a deep breath and stabilize. To stabilize, I rubbed my hands together while narrating it out loud. I remember noting that my hands were very humid. After that, I tried spinning around, which seemed to work. Finally, I think I did a pushup or something.
      After my dream was somewhat stable, I tried summoning a dream character using the revelation technique, and it didn't work. I don't think I put enough effort in it though. I might have been rushing because I didn't trust my dream. I notice that my WILDs tend to be shorter than my DILDs. Much shorter. My DILDs can go like 15 minutes without me stabilizing, but my WILDs last less than 5 with stabilization.

      I wanna try licking things. There's untapped potential in my sense of taste.

      Apparently no one in the group liked my friend and found her annoying. I was very shocked. I asked them why and they didn’t answer. We were at a picnic table at what looked to be sunrise.

    11. Blood Moon

      I looked outside my window and it was a blood moon. That’s already weird, but then the clouds and sky started moving in an impossible way. Almost like they were connected to a background that someone was swimming side to side. This tipped me off and I became lucid but immediately woke up, not due to any excitement. I simply woke up because of how shocked I was, I guess.

      Not much here, but I had a dream that one of my uncles was my teacher. I don't remember what he was teaching us, but at one point, he got mad about someone popping a ...balloon? idk, It's still kinda spotty.

      Gonna start adding my dreams here to prep for the competition. Seems fun. I've recently started a lucid dreaming regimen and today is day 5. Record my dream, 10 minutes of present moment meditation, at least 10 reality checks, and 4 PMT targets. I figured doing that everyday for 30 days should allow me to see the progress I'm prolly supposed to have after 6 years of on and off research. I figured the comp is another great way to continue the motivation train!

      I'll note that this is part of a broader plan to become more consistent with things in my everyday life as i fight adhd. What better skill to try first then Lucid Dreaming? Ok there's probably a few but you get the point.

    14. Well that was easy

      I just started my LD training again after a long break and literally got a Lucid on Night 1. Not only that, but I made decent progress.

      "Day in the Park"

      I was having some internal dialogue with myself and then I was thing about my homie the other day had something in his smoothie that did not make sense like a rock or something. I became lucid in the most chill way, like, "Heh, yeah, sure dream, sure."

      I stayed calm and put my training to use. I walked through a park that children were playing through. I touched this blue plastic surface that had spider webs on it. In order to help with stability, I was narrating my every action and it was working! Unfortunately, I got distracted.

      I was thinking about how I was in a dream and how dream spiders could be super scary which kinda stopped me from touching the object. The dream ended shortly after because my monologuing stop too.

      I also started with touch. Ideally I'd like to start with sight, then sound, then touch, lol.

      Overall, I'm really happy with that dream. That was such good progress, and if I can continue the grind, it will only get easier from here. I stayed calm and began stabilizing the dream. Perhaps it would have ended soon regardless of if I got distracted, but I like to think that if i maintained my focus through the whole cycle, I could have successfully stabilized. I remember when I couldn't stabilize a dream.

      Gotta remember to take a deep breath, start with sight, and definitely do more focus meditation.


      Additionally, I've been thinking about just how many of the 928 days since starting my most recent DJ I've been really giving LD practice my all, and at most, about 33% of it.
      about 8% of THAT was actually lucid; 31 Lucids / 347 dreams recorded. 31/928 total days. Lucid dreaming, like any skill, requires consistency. My adhd makes this difficult. I will really try this time, however. I've been diagnosed and prescribed, though my Adderall is still on delay so no medication yet. Hopefully I can hold out until it arrives though. I can't use it before sleep since it makes you too awake, so unfortunately i'll be on my own in a dream either way. That's why the meditation will still be useful.

      Lucid dreaming was one of my hyper fixations, and that allowed me to focus a little bit more on it than other skills. However, as my ADHD gets more severe and depression takes a bigger toll on my life, I've found it hard to continue, much less be consistent. However, even the uneventful Lucid dreams I have bring me great joy, so that also helps fuel me to seeing this to mastery.

      So, this is why, despite "5 years of trying", despite knowing so much about how to induce lucid dreams and what lucid dreaming practice entails, I have little to no actual experience in the dream world; A lack of consistent, high effort LD training and day time practice.

    15. Dream Journal Google Form idea

      I made a DJ Google form template. It was getting annoying to manually record the data I thought to be useful in a DJ, so I made a google form that I think works pretty well. It will even generate a sheet i can use to make graphs based on the data.

      This will allow me to see how much of my journey i am really spending at my best. Hopefully you find it useful. I'd Link screenshots but I can only figure out how to add only one picture :/

      Title - Morning Data
      Description - Data collected upon awakening.

      What is the date?
      (put in date)

      (write the dream)

      (1 - 5 linear scale)

      (duration in XhrYmin. Start and end times. I can do this because I have a fitbit, but rough estimates can also work.)

      (1-10 linear scale. I know more can be done but linear scale only allows for 10 for some reason.)
