NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Good morning! Had a few beers last night, also took some 5-HTP which gives you REM rebound. Combined I figured they'd give me some cool dreams this morning. I did dream alot, and got lucid for a while.

01.45: Sleep

10.30: Dreams and fragments
*I'm walking down a road in the middle of the night, I'm getting picked up by my dad a few blocks away. I look behind me, a black guy is following me from afar. I pick up the pace and take a few turns. After a while I arrive at a long staircase, my dad is parked at the end of it. I glance back again and the guy is now close enough for me to see his face. I quickly run down the stairs and jump after a few steps, grinding on the railing. "Hey dude, wait up!" the guy calls out. I have no intentions of waiting for him but somehow he hands me a joint. I jump the last ten steps, gliding in the air. I slowly realise I might be dreaming, but I don't give it much thought. I get in the car with my dad. "Go!" I tell him and throw the joint out the window. "I'm sorry but I don't want any drugs!" I yell out to the guy as he's chasing us.

*I'm at a class reunion and I'm having a good time. One girl, Emely, looks at me disgustingly. I don't know what her deal is. "Matte, sit down and have some water will you?" a guy asks me. "What are you talking about?" I ask him. I walk away, I don't feel too unsteady on my legs but almost everyone's looking at me. "You're drunk!" someone says.

*I'm in a hayloft with a bunch of other people. Some girl seems interested in my and tries to get close. For some reason we're all lying in a stream of water, just relaxing. All of a sudden the door bursts open and I get up. It's my entire family with a few relatives aswell. I figure they must be here to celebrate my graduation. I give everyone hugs and kisses as they congratulate me.

*I'm standing on a porch at the beach. A fence prevents people from getting in, or something to get out. A band is playing and I realise it's Metallica. My dad shows up and tells me of the time when he quit Metallica, ages ago. I'm amazed that he actually played in Metallica. A guy jumps the fence for some reason and an enormous rhino runs up to him. It starts stomping on him and soon he's lying there, chest entirely crushed. A small fountain of blood is erupting from his chest. "Wow... That guy is a goner" I tell my dad. He agrees.

11.15: LD's MILD
*I'm standing in a shallow hole in the ground. It looks like a tree's been standing here, but has recently been ripped up. I feel like searching for some insects. I dig with my hands and remove some rotten wood. I find a large beetle and pick it up. It feels like it's trying to bite me but I can tell it's only its legs. I hand the bettle to my brother Morgan who's nearby. I remove some more wood and discover a hole. There appears to be a big cave underneath me, or some kind of wasp nest. 'Holy shit please don't let it be a wasp nest.'

As I stand there I slowly realise I'm dreaming. 'It doesn't matter if I get stung anyways... Although it might be unpleasant.' I stand there and just look at the hole until the dream fades away.

*I'm inside of a high tech building with another guy. He's got some weird display built into his forearms. We walk down a corridor and end up infront of a door, he swipes his arms on the locks. They shortcircuit and the door opens. I get in and walk around in a narrow labyrinth. I can hear a few people behind a door and I realise it's my companions. They try to force it open using a weird extendable stave. It keeps sliding off and the door shuts so it's only halfway open. We try this for a long time before I spot a few people down the corridor. 'Oh shit that's the other team!' I lie down and crawl under it as quickly as I can. "They other team is here" I tell them. We exit the labyrinth and arrive at a lobby full of glass walls. I grab a pair of glasses just as a guy from the other team comes up to me. He's wearing them too, but mine are dirty so I grab some snow from the balcony to wipe them off. The other guy seems upset about something and grabs my teammate and heads out on the balcony with him. They fly away and I'm left where I am.

I realise I'm dreaming, and that I'm the same kind as them. I can do whatever I want! I jump and start to slowly levitate. I fly for a little while until I reach a big gray wall surrounding the complex. There I meet my old coworker Holger. We talk for a while. "You know what? I'm going to fly as high as possible!" I tell him. I hold my hands out and jump. I slowly begin to rise. "You call that high up?!" he shouts. I rise even further and the complex is just a small square surrounded by forest. "Woooohooo!" I yell out in excitement. I take a little look around and can see mostly forest and roads.

11.15: Wake up

That's it! My thoughts weren't entirely lucid in the last dream. The current schema held me in a tight grip, but I knew I was dreaming alright.
