Too much work, too little sleep, no recall. The truth is, I'd remember some stuff right when I woke up, but I had to get ready for work so I forgot.
Work is soooo lame! I've had too many mornings like this.
I hear ya. I find not having work or any reason to get up early means my dream recall improves both in the night and in the morning. At the moment I work 1pm-8pm, but even then having the pressure of actually having to work (the job isn't hard) seems to make it difficult. Maybe meditation before bed would help + waking at 4am so you have a time cushion, even then no guarantees...
That's not a bad idea Liam, since I usually wake up around 4 or 5am on a work morning, even if I don't have to get up until 6:30-6:45. I usually have irrational anxiety that early though, which keeps me from getting back to sleep. But not always. Still, I'm hoping to find a cure..
