Huh? I am projecting? Double consciousness triggers Astral Paralysis. Hardest separation so far. (WBTB)

    NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID ASTRAL

I had like one hour more of sleep after a short time awake, so I intended to induce a lucid dream. Usually, WBTB has a 100% rate success for me, but I have little to no opportunity to do this on the mornings.

Suddenly, I could see my arms resting under my pillow. I figured that it was not possible to see my arms because my head was on the pillow, in fact, I still could feel my head on the pillow. Also, I was wearing my sleep glasses, so it was physically impossible to see at all. I figured I could be dreaming, so I decided to move my arms and start to fly to make it stable. I could not move my arms, but I felt I was still moving. I wanted to do a Reality Check as I was not sure in what plane of existence I was. I realized I did not feel like in my dream body. I was hearing loud buzzing noises and I felt vibrations around my entire body.
I realized I was about to Astral Project. I was well aware I was not dreaming, and obviously, I was not awake. I started to visualize white light around my body and asked for protection. I was having a hard time to completely separate from my physical body.
I tried to complete one of Monroe's techniques that was appropriate for the situation I was on. I wanted to roll out from my physical body. My physical body was like a magnet, pulling me hard. When I got closer to bed to just roll out, my physical body started pulling me even harder. Eventually, I lost Astral Vision, but still felt the vibrations and also, double consciousness. My Astral body got paralyzed, but my consciousness was still out. I knew I was not going to complete separate from my body, so I remained calm to not ruin trance and attempt again.

I felt my body in bed. I had no vibrations, no buzzing sounds and I could not feel my Astral self. I remained in bed until a dream started forming. I wanted to try to Astral Project, but I did not want to push my self too much so I allowed the dream to form.

I had a FA in my room already knowing I was dreaming. I double checked to make sure I was in the dream plane. My physical body was not in bed and I had the lucid feeling, not the Astral feeling. I attempted to just float with though without success, then I jumped to fly with success, so I confirmed I did not project.

Some weird guy tried to grab me for some reason. I focused on super strenght. I grabbed this guy and I squashed him until he was small as a paper ball. No blood, no gore, it just got smaller and smaller like a paper ball.

I left my room and when to my living room as on several lucid dreams. As usual, the door was closed. I flew out home. I was night. I had no big goals for lucidity and I was not lucid enough (the dream was not good enough) for my major mediumship goals, so I decided to just enjoy a flight, as I love to see the stars and the moon. I planned to maybe go to the Sun as I never did before. Suddenly, I felt double consciousness and the dream obliterated.
It was time for me to wake up... my inner clock alarm ringed.

That is................ pretty weird. Once before I was trying to separate from my physical body. I tryed to pull my torso and my knees up but I just got sucked back down to a flat position like a magnet. I allowed myself to relax. I still felt like I was laying down but I opened my eyes and suddenly I was floating above my body and could move around. so I guess, maybe you just let it flow when your in that situation? Just hold onto your intention of projecting. Being out of body feels freakin weird.

Yeah, I projected quite a few times! I know what it feels being out of the body... it is awesome.
I had around 10 astral projections. This one was one of my first full separations

Everything is so easy on the Astral Plane, isn't?

It is interesting. I'll often think of a place and suddenly be there.

Yep, that is how it works... easier than a LD
