redisreddish's mess of dreams is still messy

Geez, I haven't posted a DJ entry in over a month. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME??? Anyways, I had at least two lucids in one night a few weeks ago. Although I couldn't manage to do much, the number alone is an achievement for me.

~I think the first one started out in a big room, like an auditorium or something, filled with people. I was lucid, and tried to dramatically make all the doors slam shut at once... Yeah. I ended up taking a while at each of the three sets of doors, struggling to close them while people ran around screaming. A bit frustrated, I hopped up onto a stage at the front of the room and walked backstage. There was a winding passageway leading somewhere unknown, which I started wandering down.

"Hello? Anybody here...?" I wanted to find someone, even a random DC, just to see if they could help me do anything. To my intense surprise, TG appeared.

"Don't get frustrated," he said. "As long as you keep trying, you'll get better. I promise." Then he was gone again. I can't remember if the dream continued or ended there.


~Second dream. I was in a house, although I'm not sure that's where it started. Still lucid, but a little less so than before, I wanted to explore the place. The carpet was white, the walls were white, all the trim and everything was a light colored wood. In some places the ceiling was very low. As I walked around, a person followed me. She threw pushpins at the walls and floor.

I turned a corner and saw what I think was a vacuum... A really creepy vacuum. It was like a bright green cube with wheels, and a tube/hose thing coming out of one side. But it had a human face on the front. Its eyes were the same bright green as the rest of the thing, and it was staring intently at a small pile of screws. I didn't mess with it.

Suddenly, the girl with the pins threw one at the floor right next to my foot. Then another, and that one hit me. It hurt. I turned to run away, and she peppered my back with several more. By that point I had lost lucidity and was just trying to run away.

~I'm almost sure there was another dream, but I can't remember. There was also a false awakening somewhere.
