    1. Freedom of movement

      I am focusing on the feeling of freedom in my dreams. Specifically, freedom of movement. I have designed MP3 track meditations, with my own recorded affirmations, to listen to as I go to sleep. Last night I dreamed I was being attacked by a huge, powerful enemy. I struck him with a double hand attack to his head and he fell. I then became lucid enough to marvel at how easily I had moved, almost as if the motion were lubricated.

      Side note-For some years I have had a recurring nightmare-type dream consisting of imagery from a horror movie I unfortunately watched years ago. When this first began, back in 2011, it invoked a sickening fear that absolutely devasted me. Since then, I have done a helluva lot of inner work, focusing on using everything negative for a positive gain. Over this past month I have had about three dreams that contain the remnants of this original nightmare. The elements are washed-out and in pieces and I know what they are and just throw them away. I'm going to claim this as a victory over myself. To anyone struggling with inner issues that produce nightmares I advise you to take the Hero Path, go inside and challenge the most frightening thing you can find, challenge it to combat. Never back down, always go forward. Turn the fear into courage. Hail Odin!

    2. Kinda 'nother dream slump

      Very shallow-sleep type dreaming. Need to do a reset and maybe work on my supplements stack.

    3. Combative dreams

      Listened to a new sleep-meditation last night. 7hz-2.5hz BW entrainment combined with an audible track and subliminal messages to be aware of dreaming. Early in the night I became partially lucid, but the dream is vague now. Later in the night I had two very confrontive, very combative dreams, where I may have been partially lucid.

      I have some memories of a large, glowing white figure, possibly female.

      Supplements were Melatonin and 100mg 5 HTP.

      Felt very good this morning.

    4. Incredible LD!

      Last night I had what I would call one of the top ten LDs of my life, in terms of solidity. In the dream I was sitting on a raised platform of some type, along with some other people. I became lucid and marveled at how solid and real everything was. We were watching some type of activity below. The dream lasted for, subjectively, several minutes. I could not believe the realism. I thought about interacting with a dream character to see how that would affect things. The woman to my right was smiling and I again marveled at how real she was. At the end of the dream, I was manipulating a staff in some martial art moves.

      This was achieved with a scripted meditation I made and listened to for about half the night. The meditation was aimed at increasing my freedom of movement and awareness in dreams. There is brainwave entrainment embedded in the track that slowly goes from 7hz down to 2.5hz. I listened to this on a Bluetooth sleep mask headphone.

      My only supplements were a Benadryl I took at bedtime for my sinuses, Melatonin and a multi-B vitamin.

    5. Dream slump

      Past two nights had no clear dreams. I've noticed this cycle over the years. One or two tremendous, lucid and near-lucid, dreams then a few days of nothing, like charging a battery, I guess.

    6. Lucid flying dreams

      Last night I had a series of lucid awareness in my dreaming. The dreams involved, mainly, flying in the outdoors, a sunset/sunrise, and tall buildings. These occurred during the first part of the night. Also, a quasi-lucid dream of a giant snake in a prehistoric setting and fighting an attacker.

      I attribute these lucid events to a subliminal meditation track that I created, focusing on deep relaxation and awareness of dreaming. I listened to one hour of this then took off the headphones and went to sleep.

      Supplements I used were Melatonin and 100 mg of 5HTP. Also, a multi-B liquid vitamin.

    7. Animal Power encounter

      A lot of disjointed scenes and images. Then I am on a mountain slope, watching animals fight. One appears to be a tiger. I am armed with a sword, and I wonder if it is sufficient to protect me against a tiger. Then the tiger walks past me. It is not threatening, but I can feel the power it has.
