Had a non-lucid dream about buying the first four KoRn albums. I've been really craving that authentic 90s sound.
Tried to go straight into a WILD induction without meditating first. No bueno. One must actually sit and get into a deep meditative state before retiring to sleep. I remember having dreams about elementary school again.
WBTB + Mindfulness meditation. Had a lucid dream about two fighting figurines. I also remember being back in elementary school.
Title makes no sense but that is a term I heard in my dream. I can't remember if it was exactly lucid or not but it was pretty long. Long enough where I met Donald Trump and discussed why does he keep a bottle of "Kronen's Blood". From what I understood in the dream, 'Kroenen' is a powerful Russian politician. Before then, Donald Trump was giving out autographs to kids. As far as the "Gothu Aye" word I heard. It refers to a group of symbols that if used a certain way gave the user psychokinetic abilities. In my case, I had flight. I would hold my right hand out and the symbol - which was on my right middle finger - my entire hand would pull me in the air and around places. I think this is the part where I was lucid. Periodic interruption of sleep during the REM cycle gives very adventurous dreams. Every hour or so.
WBTB -> Mindfulness Meditation -> Stare through the eyelids. I realized I was dreaming at some point and decided to pretend I didn't know I was dreaming as to prolong the dream. Don't remember what happened after that. Stability is the hardest thing.
Too much happened in the lucid dream for me to remember and to write down. WBTB->Mindfulness Meditation->Stare through the eyelids. That all I did for a lucid dream. Rather two lucid dreams. The second lucid dream happened because I noticed every time I looked at a lcd clock, the time would change. I knew I was dreaming from that. The lucid dream had to be 5 to 10 minutes before waking up.
Woke up for WBTB. Did a mindfulness meditation: -Sit -Center your mind in the present moment and NOT your thoughts. -Stare through your eyelids/Gaze at the wall opposite of you as if your eyes were open. Afterwards, I lay down for sleep and continue to keep my awareness as much centered in the present as possible whilst still gazing through my eyelids into the distance. Had a lucid dream where I gazed at the sky to look for the moon. The moon did appear, then another, then another, then another. Was really strange. Some people appeared and I lost lucidity because I don't remember what happened afterwards.
When hypnagogic appear, I'm going to try and center myself in it.
From teleporting up tall buildings and finding a penny maker. To flying around a schoolyard with an old girlfriend from childhood. To fighting zombies with that same girl. To reading and old notebook from a locker full of books you've read before. To being back on your old football team....So many non-lucid adventures. All I did was set an alarm every 20 minutes after I completed my WBTB/meditation period. Wake up to alarm, turn it off, set it 20 minutes ahead, fall asleep again. DEILD basically. This surfing in and out of the dream state via this alarm allowed me to have some very adventurous dreams. Why 20 minutes? Because I will never have nor remember a 3 hour long lucid dream. My lucid dreams have been at most 10 minutes long. And that was one time a while back. Instead, I'll divide that 3 hours into small chunks of dreaming. So 1) I can practice my induction technique more times instead of once 2) If I go into a non-lucid dream or lose lucidity, I know my alarm will wake me up so I can try again. 3) If I am lucid, like I stated before, I'm not going to have or remember a dream longer than 10-20 minutes anyway. I can't wait to continue my journey as an oneironaut!
Had a dream where a cop busted some guy selling drugs on a corner from a table. Two old men, actually. They got into a lengthy argument which drew a crowd. Much to my amusement, the two old men and cop were spitting some very wise information. Not lucid.
Non-Lucid. Had dream I was right-hand man to Donald Trump. One of my secret service agents was a green beret. I was in the white house and we were decorating everything for christmas. Donald had a red cloak on.
"Have a lucid dream tonight!" "How to Lucid Dream in Five Minutes!" I would be the first to criticise and clown videos titled as such since I know - from 8 years of experimenting - that lucid dreaming doesn't work that way. But this morning, I had a lucid dream in about 10-15 minutes. I had only 20 minutes left before I had to get up and get ready for work, I wanted to get just some extra shut-eye because my sleep was messed up by a Series of Unfortunate Events. What I did in that 20 minutes was focus on FALLING ASLEEP. That's really all I was thinking about. I wasn't thinking about an anchor or what I was going to do in the lucid dream that would follow. My anchor by the way was me alternating between focusing on the breath(meditating) and staring through my eyelids; whichever was more comfortable in the moment. I just made sure my primary focus was falling asleep. I was having powerful hypnagogia until I felt my body able to move. It's like a visualization but more 'real' as in you can feel the senses better in the visualization. I got out of my bed to find a young woman more or less 19 with a white t-shirt and black yoga pants laying in my bed giggling. The ended there. So yeah, I had a 8 second lucid dream. Onward and Upward
Been a while since I had a lucid dream. I really need to get in touch with Daniel Love about my technique. All I did was lay down and go to sleep after a WBTB. But the trick is that I was [bold] STAIRING THROUGH MY EYELIDS]. I knew instantly I was about to WILD when I felt my body completely relaxing, going numb and falling asleep. My eyes begin pointing downward. It happened all at once. All I had to do was start moving my dream body and I was ready to go. For like 20th time, I got outside my house and walked around. It was sort of clear skies outside. But the dream was short. I remember also I tried my best to anchor myself in the dream world. I said things like, "I am the dream" and tried rubbing my hands together. But I can't seem to get a lucid dream longer than 45 seconds.

Had a dream about a zombie attack. Was not lucid. Clear mind, means clear mind. You have to sit down and focus your awareness such that your is clear, quiet and in the moment. It takes a bit of concentration and intent. If you are riddled with distractions, the method will not work. Hence why I usually meditate for 10 to 20 minute before retiring after WBTB.
Woke up for around 30 minutes. Layed in bed with a clear mind. That's it. If you've done mindfulness/meditation you understand this mindset. Transitioned into the dream world. It was kind of wonky because I didn't know if I was actually moving in the dream world or if I was still moving in the waking world. I didn't want to do a reality check because that would have been too much moving....Got outside, it was overcast. That's all I remember.
