Somehow I know my wife is a big shot executive in a hospital. I am lost and wondering around in a hospital (dream sign) looking for my wife. There is a very "Grey's Anatomy" feel to it (I hate that show). I find my sister in a glass room. It is a recording studio. She opens the door for her daughter and my sister smiles at me.

I see my other sister and her ex husband. I hate the man. But they are happy together and they get in a helicopter (possible dream sign). They ask me if I want a ride. I say no because I just don't like him. They start to lift off and I tell them I changed my mind because I have always wanted to go on a helicopter. They go back to the ground and I reluctantly climb on a what looks like a black hawk with an open side. We fly off and I try to take pictures with my phone (possible dream sign) but I can only see so far and then it fades to black.

So I kept waking up a lot because of the cat being crazy and I was getting mad. But I ended up trying Jakob's Awesome WILD where you focus on your skull and try to enter SP. I was shocked when the familiar vibrations started in my head almost immediately. I got excited and thought Wurlman was right. I am going to have a lucid and I can't wait to tell about it. My breathing got heavy. No good. So I relaxed. The vibrations came back more intensely and moved to my body and into my fingers. I was still over excited. I am so practiced in letting go during SP that way too suddenly the vibration where gone and I amused I had woken up. Failure. Nope! turned out to be FA.

The kids came in and woke me up in my dream. Talking and being loud. I told Deanna I shut up. I help two fingers close and said that I only got this much sleep tonight and its almost time to wake up. She left and I closed my eyes. Then my mom comes in and does the same (She doesn't live with me). I freak out on her too and cry like a baby. No one seems to even notice my crying. So I think to leave.

Finally I get up out of the recliner (I had moved to the recliner in real life) and go to bed. But instead of my wife Tonya from work was lying there (gross). Im like move we gotta be at work soon and I want to sleep some more. She wont budge so I squeeze in next to her (again gross). I close my eyes and have a dream in the dream.

I see the moon. So very vivid with extremely high detail. I see the every line and crater and valley and mountain. I hear a voice talk about making roads and what is necessary for progress. I think what is the big deal? You go like this. I take my index finger and make a swooshing noise and poke into the moon making a crater. I feel a dull impact on my finger as I hit it. I was a little shocked at this but dismissed it. (Wheres my RC?) The moon is eye level and no bigger than my fist. I back off and do it again. Then I am there on the surface but all I can see is the dust as it settles.

Then I wake up because the cat jumps on me!

** Notes from being half asleep. Found it amusing.

**sp then excited then fa. dreamed kids and mom all came in and talked to me. Iwas mad and said i didnt get enough sleep. then tana. then the moon.

1. Something about sunflowers.

2. Forgot. Too lazy to write.

3. I'm walking in the woods down a dirt path. I am looking at my phone and want a wifi connection. I see some trailer houses. They are small and green. One of the has a unsecured wifi. I connect with my phone but continue walking. I look to the right. There is a creek but the water is so unbelievably blue. Something in my mind says its not right. I look closer and see the dirt and rocks at the bottom. I dismiss this. I was very beautiful and I was just enjoying that.
I walk up a hill and as I come to the top I see and open field with tall grass and an amazing range of mountains in the distance. I notice the sun is setting and the colors are so vivid and surreal. I decide to take a picture with my phone. I get mad because the camera app is freezing. All this time there is a helicopter above me. I think it will go away but it does not. Its like it is watching me. I duck down into the grass and a spot light shines on me and the helicopter lowers and circles. I wake up and notice that the fan sounds just like the helicopter.

4. I am in the kitchen of my house. My parents are there. I am waiting for food to cook. So I start cleaning. Nothing is as it should be. The cabinets are clear plastic. I put a vacuum in the washing machine. It over flows so I set the machine outside like it weighs nothing. A man comes on the front porch and looks in my house. I get irate like I want to hurt him. He runs off and continues down the road on the hood of a car. The police are following him in an open military jeep. It is raining but they don't seem to mind. I wonder what that was all about. It is dark now and my kids are out back with my dad playing some game. I wake up.

*no lucids. Used MILD. Took multivitamins potassium and magnesium 1 hour before bed. I noticed that I woke up a lot and had a hard time falling asleep. No use trying to WILD.

Lots of fragments. Nothing to write about.

Will begin posting tomorrow.
