      Post HenrikUPI's Workbook

Hello like i said in my introduction i come from another forum and i already had some few LDs but i want to become better,
Personally i don't know which technique is better for me ,but i think the WILD is too hard for me so the DILD sounds better.
I already keep a Dream Journal and my dream recall is normal
(i mean i can recall at least one dream per night but some rare times i can't,usually when someone wake me or an alarm plays)
i have a problem,if i establish conditions for when do an RC(for example everytime i exit from a room or everytime i have an item on my hands)
i can forget them so i had an idea, from two days i'm using a ring and everytime i see it in real life i do an RC,
but sincerely i don't know if this is a good idea because i didn't see my arms very much on my dreams, only sporadically.
      So my questions are :
How to have a good frequency when DILD?
Which is the better moment to do an RC?
What techniques i can use to increase the chances of having a Lucid dream on a night?
How to WBTB correctly?Infact after 20 minutes i lose the sleep and i can't sleep anymore ?
How i can know my REM periods,i should record my Eyelids with a videocamera, but this isn't a little disturbing xD?
It's true that also after a Reality check says that u are awake u should feign to be in a dream? And what's the point on that?
What Mantras can i use during the day?
How i can sleep the night if i repeat a Mantra?
I hope my questions will have an answer in future.
My Goals for the future are :
-Have more vivid Dreams in general
-Have at least 3 LD's in a week
-Have LD's that lasts at least 30 minutes
-And of course being able to perform my tasks
