      If there's a way to prevent False Awakenings

      Not sure if this is a stupid question or not but if there is a way to stop a False awakening from happening or ways to manipulate it to instanly realize you're dreaming I would appreciate your reply. I hate false awakenings it makes everything confusing when it happens. It honestly makes me feel like I am inside a tv and some fat person keeps switching the channel just because they don't like it.

      LOL! Try the FA exercise from one of the recent "Open Beta" posts. Basically, close your eyes, think through the events of your day, open your eyes, think it's all been a dream, and realize that you're still dreaming.

      I love FAs, because each one is a chance to LD! And the commonality of the "waking up" part in theory should make it easier to catch them.

      Also, make a habit of RCing every single time you wake up.
