      Question My dreams fade when I get excited.

      Whenever I get excited, my dreams begin to fade. For example, when I try to fly, the dream starts to disappear. I've been lucid a handful of times, but my dream stabilization hasn't been too good. Are there any good techniques for dream stabilization in this instance?
