I agree with Bricksnake, staying calm, grounded, focused on "I'm dreaming" or "this a dream" etc... What has worked for me is staring at my hands often, once lucid. Rubbing the hands together has been the most reliable to me. I noticed also spinning with my arms open is a bit harder, if I spin too fast, while lucid I jump to another lucid or non-lucid dream.
Also very important is to move from one object to another, once it starts to change its form or shape.
