      As Simple As Thought Power

Manipulating dreams isn't as easy as it sounds. But over time, it becomes more doable, especially as you start to develop confidence in your skills.

I want to know if anyone has yet ascended to the point where using thought power is enough. Imaging a car and expecting it to be around a corner is enough for you to spawn yourself a ride. Knowing there is a pistol in your pocket is enough to allow yourself to go on a shooting spree. Knowing that the DC who will greet you in the office will be holding a suitcase full of cash, and will ask you your name is enough to make it happen.

Is anyone at this stage yet? Where they don't have to try over and over using weird and slow techniques to make things happen? Occasionally I manage to create things (sometimes right in front of me) and I can control the dream world with my thought power. But its not consistent, and not hugely reliable currently.

I am like that most of the time. But on the rare occasion, thought power alone doesn't work, and I have to 'feel around' for an object, or I get something different.

Yesterday I was trying to summon a specific person and I ended up turning around to face my great aunt. x_x'
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I am really good at spawning things into my pockets. Like a weapon, cell phone, etc. It is so much easier than trying to spawn a person or a big object.

I find for this the main thing really is confidence. I'll try to spawn something and the mere thought of the fact that it may not happen seems to make it difficult. I'd like to try blanking my thoughts as I'm attempting to create objects, like doing a complex "spawning motion" that could take your mind off doubt long enough to create an object...

Reading around so far, I think your right it's all a matter of belief. I mean I have flown quite a few times in my lucid dreams, that makes up the majority of my experiences and I never found it hard (lots of DBZ as a kid may have helped). However their was a high fence which I decided I was going to vault but my mind said 'that's too high' and so I couldn't.
It's weird so yeah I'd guess that if you truely expect the object to spawn or whatever else you are trying it will happen, guess the only strictures there are, are the ones we put on ourselves.

My control is fairly good, the thing is my LD's always end too soon. The only thing I have had trouble with is telekinesis. But I've been able to:
      -Spawn people
      -Manipulate people's actions
      - Fly
      - Free run
      - Use spider man's powers
      - Throw a kamekameha (energy blast)
      - Create a portal
      - Morph into Fierce Deity Link
      - Teleport
      - Go through walls
      - "Create" places
      - Make objects appear (was able to grab a champagne which was inside a boot under by bed, for the February TOTM I think)
      - Many others

I just wish my LD's lasted longer, the longest one was probably 10 minutes, and about 3/4 of my LD's lasted less than 2-3 minutes.

If I want to be somewhere or have something I close my eyes and think "when I open my eyes _________will be here/ I will be _________." However the slightest doubt causes this to fail.

Sometimes I get to the point where I have control over my non-lucid dreams, also. I get so used to having full control over everything, I just assume it is normal. I'm sure you've had something like this happen after a good streak of lucid dreams.
