Today, i woke up with no dream recall at all.

I lied in bed for almost an hour, attempting to remember anything.

I felt like i lost something.

Aww, sorry to hear that you had no recall. But you made a valiant effort trying to remember.

Today, i missed yesterday :/ sorry.

I made the stupid mistake of not writing down my dream after i woke up the first time (around ~2:00AM). In the morning, i could remember much, but after using the techniques Naiya told me about, i was able to recover some of the dream.

I was standing in the kitchen, at my fathers house, with my friends Ben, Nate, Neal, Connor, and Travis. We were all about to walk out to a bus stop. Everybody was excited about the bus stop.
As soon as i opened the door to go to the bus stop, i woke up.

Very strange dream as there is no bus stop anywhere near my fathers house.

Is this the first time you've started a dream journal? I'm just wondering, because at first, it will be hard to get into the habit. Better recall, too, will come with time.

The important thing is that you are sending your mind the message that you are paying attention to your dreams and you do believe that they are important. That alone will lead to better recall and more interesting, fun and vivid dreams.
