Irish folk music is so rich with evocative imagery and emotion. I simply can't get enough of the stuff.

I don't care if you hate every piece of classical music you've ever listened to (you uncultured turd (just kidding (but really))). Nobody can dislike the second movement of Antonio Vivaldi's Cello Sonata No. 8 in A-Minor.

Edit: I just realized that particular upload is not of very good quality. All the same, it's still there and gives you the general idea.

I really love Knorkator - not so much Rammstein - they take themselves too seriously, I find.
The lyrics are important with Knorkator - so not more maybe - if only eventually somebody understands them..

I did look up the lyrics to your Irish song - I had understood mainly "antelope" in weird context - that this might be the name of a ship, explains a lot - hehe.
Beautiful Vivaldi Sonata - I got it and more of him on vinyl - but no player any more.
A friend has one, with digitalizing possibility - maybe one day.

Not exactly Irish folk music, sounds more like a sea shanty. I certainly agree that irish folk music is incredible.

Yeah StephL, the video to "I See Fire" totally makes the song complete because it gives more feeling in to it. It wouldn't be the same without the video. I actually very recently dicovered that song because it was the at the end of the new hobbit movie that recently came out. So when the credits at the end started to appear with this song, this was for sure the best part of the movie.x)

It's really nice to get the chance to hear all kind of music that people enjoying. And even some music that oneself nomaly doesn't listens to could be an iteresting listening session. I got to say that "Blues Explotion" you uploaded StephL, is pretty much close to my taste, I definitely enjoyed it
