Things just keep getting hotter with Iran. A few others on the site have said it already, but it looks like we're heading for another pointless war unless something can be done to stop all the bullshit.

That article was literally 4 pages of rampant speculation from every side. Still interesting that it hasn't been on the news and yeah I agree, you guys are heading to Iran next, hopefully alone.

Just imagine how the US would react if American nuclear scientists kept being killed on home soil.

It can't think of anybody who would follow the US into war this time.

Of course, I didnt buy in to Obama's hype anyway...why cant the people get it through their skulls to vote for someone who will focus on our home issues and economy before other countries?

I think you might have to re-read your post, tkdyo, to see the underlying point. The lesson to be learned here is that it doesn't matter what our politicians say, before they get into office, they usually end up following their own agenda, once they make President.

The hostage crisis was blowback from 1953 when CIA ousted Mossadegh and put the Shah in power. They brought it on themselves. I have a feeling the US media never mentions that but only makes them look like "freedom hating terrorists". It was called "Operation Ajax". Google it.

If you paid any attention to Obama during the 2008 election cycle, an aggressive campaign against terrorism, primarily in Afghanistan and Pakistan were at the forefront of his policy platform. Why people are all of a sudden surprised by our actions of there is beyond me, because his intentions on that matter were always strong.

First, It was Bin laden and Al quieda that was behind 911, Then it was discovered that Iraq was behind the 911 attacks, Then it was suspected Iran was behind 911. But recently Ancient Alien theorists suggest that Ancient aliens from another planet were really behind the 911 terrorist attacks...

We're following global safety standards, and we'd be happy to have global safety inspectors come visit us! In fact, we'd be happy to have feedback from other nations to improve our power plants to address some of our issues and concerns."

But Iran isn't doing that, obviously. And that has me concerned.

You are concerned because Iran might be developing nuclear weapons and yet Israel

1. Refuses to sign nuclear non-proliferation treaty
2. was shown to have amuggled nuclear triggers out of the united states
3. Most likely has fully functional nuclear weapons but won't confirm or deny
4. Is aggresively hostile towards its neighbors and is occupying a foreign state
5. Is engaging in naziesque deportations of brown people and their leaders are making public statements like "Israel is only for the white man"

You are only concerned about Iran because your government and the media wants you to be concerned about iran. You are being lead like a puppet on a string.

Although your post was not directed towards me, I do feel a strong urge to reply. You are dead wrong when you think the issue here is with the media. I felt that Iran was a threat many years ago when you wouldn't hear anything negative about it on TV!

Here we have a mentally unstable psychopathic Muslim leader who wants to rule the world -- just like many of his other islamist buddies. Israel cannot under ANY circumstances be compared with Iran.

Israel is allowed to have nuclear weapons, but Israel does NOT have a desire to spread jihad. Israel also does NOT want Sharia law (islamic law) to rule the world.
