It seems law enforcement administration is more concerned with protecting their officers from the law rather than enforcing the law.

Well they definitely should. But it seems even more confusing in this situation because they said they want to fire these people but they can't. What the fuck, you run the dept, why the hell can't you fire them?

Not expecting you to know the answer really, but maybe someone on here knows something about law enforcement.

StonedApe, that article you posted is honestly one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read. I knew some schools had cops, but....I already felt like this sort of typical child behavior is often taken too seriously, but charging for it is just utter madness. It's like these people are trying to create criminals.

I think it's strongly fueled by racism. People have some serious issues with immigrants in that area. They somehow forgot that we stole this land from them.

I've been to that airport, not that that matters. This really, really depresses me for some reason. Knowing it's so close to me makes it seem worse somehow, although it shouldn't. I shouldn't have come to this thread while already depressed.
