I've definitely been something other than human... though what that was I'm not sure exactly. Inanimate, I don't know about that... though I have had some strange third-person experiences. |

I really want to know if anyone has become something other than human or animate in a dream. Perhaps a tree, a wall, the sky? |

Yep. It was one of my more memorable experiences. This was one of those hyperrealistic lucid dreams, where the colors were very saturated, and everything just felt so "real"...but I didn't have any control, nor did I decide to even have such a dream, it just happened. Like a gift from the subconscious. |

In a non lucid once, I became a wall along with my brother. It is kinda.. immobile. you don't feel much. And you have a slightly flatter point of view over a little more space than with human eyes >__< |

Yes! I remember one dream where I was at Subway and became a knife. The employees were using me to cut the sandwiches.. Probably one of the weirdest dreams I have ever had. I prefer being an animated object, though. |

yes I was a toilet in the girls bathroom and everyone for some reason knew it was me, but still used me |

I vaguely remember it happening in non-lucid dreams. It's uncommon though, but it definitely is possible. It was pretty strange every time. Sometimes, I have dreams where I am not really myself or anything. Just flashing images of stuff, it's hard to describe. Like sometimes, I have no awareness and the dream is just scenery, often very strange stuff. Like a few times I have just been absent with images of landscapes and/or strange liquid quasi fractal like patterns oscillating. That's the weirdest of them, I have to say. |
