      need help visualizing

      I cant visualize in 1st person all that well. The image either gets taken over by darkness or its not a clear enough picture. help anyone?

      Try down loading a few 'guided meditations,' I think they are fun and should help.

      Hoe long have you been practicing visualization? This type of skill takes time to develop, so just keep on practicing and trying new things. I agree with sivason, guided meditations are very helpful.
