      Question Finding your natural awakenings?

I have heard that everyone wakes up naturally several times per night, usually without notice. My question is how can one realize they are becoming conscious, or how can one realize they are waking up at these times?
      Thanks in advance!

One thing that helps is practicing dream recall, specially using a dream journal. You set your intention to remember to write your dreams, and then you will catch those briefs awakenings more easily. Then you can drop your dream journal and rely only on recall, if you just want to be more conscious.

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

Also setting an intention to notice them can help, as well as mantras, like "I be aware of natural awakenings" or "I wake up after each dream and remember it" or similar.
