Trying to keep the summaries short…

Yay increasing length and recall, fairly epic set of dreams culminating in a DEI(Semi)LD chain of girl-fun

early (mostly clobbered by later):
+(f) climbing on rocks, avoiding invading army
+(f) moving through glass doors on sand-bars, army conflict?

mid:
+ floating down river with friends, pour chili paste into some guy's face/eyes, bring gas back to base; walking with lion

+ investment opportunity with girl, rip up application

late:
+ boy scouts, overnight trip cancelled, in leaky tent in the rain

+ speak french at gas station, enemies pile into van, fight them all out & drive away, enter mall at top of hill, walk around hardware store kissing girls fading in and out of dream; final sexy encounter

In a very long post apocalyptic wandering through a neighborhood of brick ranch style homes, we find a boy, notice lights on in some windows, and get a 3rd person view of other survivors gathering to a sinister woman.

A return to the bizarre/dreamlike, it's been a while!

+ (long) Harry Potter: picnic deep down in magical water, Hey that's [young] Snape (miniature golfing)!, Harry declares all wizards must suffer muggle maladies (cleft lip, poisoned baby), someone Expeliarmus'd Voldemort (Hurry, get him, Harry!) (backlash), fly away from weird/scary midget, "past the star and straight on 'til morning", save the people on the list

+ crazy bus ride: ask for special stop, driver takes crazy shortcut, guy dives into drawer in the aisles, "wow so much dream-like stuff on this bus!", nose pinch and ignore it, driver says "Whiskey!"

+ I'm reading through notes started by my mother, I used to be so responsible, pages and pages of tests of bizarre musical terms

Walking down a hallway that splits into two directions, and a red haired cute woman is directing people which way to go, and everybody is being directed to the right, but when I approached she said to me, "Lucid dreamers go to the left.", and I said to her for some reason, "You're a twin!", and she said to me, "You're also a psychic!" (as she smiled).

I watch a kickball game in a gym from atop an iron fire escape, a player runs up a wall, flips over a folded up basketball hoop in the ceiling, and falls to the ground, landing on his back with a disturbing "thud", he is unharmed and gets up to play more!

I was driving a tractor, following at crop sprayer, and then we drove through a check point and gave the guard our pass cards, then the crop sprayer did a burnout on loose gravel, and I told the guard, "That guys crazy! He's got like 500 Hp in that sprayer.", and then the guard said to me, "It's almost time for you to wake up.", and shortly after my alarm went off.

early:

+ sex with beautiful girl, she wants to stop after I turn her over for another go

+ a religious ceremony in the distance

+ we're following girl to her home, I'm matchmaking her with chicken-wing-eating friend who turns in to my son

broken WBTB, failed WILD, insomnia

nap after breakfast, also very short dreams but quite vivid moments

+ sex with girl [mostly just idea], turns out she's too young, my life is ruined when her mom finds out

+(f) in car pulling up to curb by suburban house

+ watching bizarre animated puppet displays at park, thug takes my friend's place at our table

+ encounter orchestra, my instrument guy loans me one of his to play (bizarre dusty mouthpiece), we're late to the event, dance party, black woman with huge cleavage has "her boobs on the internet" my wife embarasses me by dancing right next to her, having trouble paralell parking, cars become child-sized, left my binoculars on the street (someone put a tiny ashtray on top of one of the eyepieces), I'm piling up huge cookies hot out of the oven and giant muffins on a plate, they're dripping sauce/syrup, someone says "I'm not going to eat that."

I ran away from my mom, hid at a mall, tried on a wedding dress and unknowingly stumbled upon my fiancé, who just happened to be Peeta (The Hunger Games).
Yup, it was fun.

My brother and his wife were holding some kind of talent show that was really boring and awkward.

OpheliaBlue, anderj101, Mismagius and I were all in an office, dressed in business suits, trying to come up with a new slogan for DreamViews.

Semi- or false-lucid: I had been outside in the front yard on a cloudy, thundery morning; later in the day I decided to “rewind time” back to that morning for a reason I don't remember and wondered if my cat would be confused to see it thundering again even though it “wasn't really” happening.

Went in the bathroom at night and found that moving the toilet lid brightened and dimmed the backyard lights(!) directly outside the window (they don't exist in real life), causing a weird film/video-camera-like “overexposure” effect on objects when bright; I did a RC with a clock radio that also isn't there IWL, saw the time go backwards but then woke up immediately.

Some people made a big Lego castle that had some sophisticated mechanism inside; pressing a small lever on the back over and over for a long time made it (very slowly) set various things up and then shoot plastic spears out the front door; then it “accidentally” also shot out a Lego character that represented the one inside the castle operating the mechanism, which was intended to be funny.

earlier:
+ a crazy path (narrow elevator) to the desert ruins outside, everyone gets stuck in the jello pit trap, I help them out; stop over at the hardware store: we'll need water bottles and flashlights, it takes "d-minor" batteries

+ riding the fast river: huge clumps of plant matter, scary giant fish, large nervous albino seals, a friendly hippo

+ sniper in room: large, long, heavy, double-scoped sniper rifle, "careful that thing can kill someone!"

+ they turn on the ground water and the pit floods, pull someone out and save the flashlight, later someone's stolen the batteries; dangerous journey to the remote outpost, taking a pile of large bowls to make salad, powered office chair, dangerous valley, panther? fight with guy (with flashlights), it's actually a scam

+ visiting the Z's, TiZ is small again and sits on my lap with a big hug"I love you!" she says, see ToZ, PZ

later:
+ preparing a load in a washing machine; crowded back room, "who lost their laptop?", crazy glasses

+ getting a BJ from a girl in my grandparent's house, stop when my sister enters

+ getting a stroller put together for a trip, "where's the surprise snack?", "pick anything you like"

+ (LD #105) childhood home deck, feel like flying[DS], recognize dream sign, get lucid, start flying: it's vivid, bright, beautiful, and completely stable, "I'M LUCID DREAMING!" I shout in joy, and instantly wake up… O_o

Blow drying my hair, and I noticed it was very long, so I link in the mirror, and I'm a beautiful young woman (lol, I'm an old gnarly man), so I walk up to my friends and family, and they all look at me like, 'who's this beauty', and then I talked in my old man voice, and they all start laughing hysterically. (I didn't figure out I was dreaming)

My bestie's father dragged his son out of bed so he could move his car...and...we all got ready to go out and celebrate something which I forgot, at which point the bestie's dad bust out some hilarious moves to hip hop music.

Well, it happens. Rare, but it happens. For no particular reason that I can think of (maybe just too tired?), no recall today! Boo hoo. I dreamed, I know, just only came away with echoes of a fragment of fragments. Everybody needs a reset I suppose. Didn't wear ear plugs all night, maybe that had something to do with it (I've worn ear plugs almost every night all through LD practice)?

I was in Bikini Bottom lol :U

A beautiful social worker came to my house, and asked a bunch of questions about how I'm doing, as well as my wife, and then she put a Johnny Cash song playing, 'Big River', outside in a big, fancy gazebo, and then we laid down together on a big lounger and she held my hand (I was on the verge of becoming lucid).

Recall has been poor lately. I have been having trouble waking in the middle of the night, and have had low awareness when waking in the morning, immediately jumping to the false conclusion "I have no recall."


1.Third person docu-dream about a coast guard sea rescue team, there was a retired fireman on the crew giving a tearful testimony to the courage and skill of the rescuers, then a map view of a flight to rescue some boaters and swimmers who "had been carried far out to sea by the currents near the beach."

A bunch of dreams last night.

1. A LD were I was in class and then tried to do random things in the class.

2. My dad knocked me out because I took his computer he never used and then I turned into a boring Bart Simpson.

3. I was inside of Homer’s dad from the Simpsons heart and he lived in his own heart with his mother and the heart was kept in a briefcase. (???Weirdest dream ever made no sense???)

4. There was a Pink Floyd concert on TV and they were playing Us and Them, and random people were at my house talking about stupid things.

5. I had a tech crew meeting for an auditorium I work at.

6. I woke up in the snow next to my local library and was depressed.

Shopping with the ex fiancé...my brain is a jerk -.-

Came away from last night with a few short scenes at least. To bed way too late. I'm sleeping like a rock, which is bad for dreaming apparently.

+(f) a guy is following me for his appointment, I say go right in, he climbs over a bed, he's wearing tight slacks, I went late so he's about right on time, the minute hand is on the "6"

+(f) preparing to watch some nsfw vids, I'm gathering up the packaging materials and hiding them in my backpack

+(f) sitting on a couch next to a guy, he's too close I scoot to the right, there's a large video camera/monitor right behind my head and someone to my right as well.

DR was rather low for me, too (probably due to some stress) but I got some interesting stuff.

In my childhood home making a crude drawing of a cartoon snake with its tongue sticking out and getting shocked by electricity (there seemed to be a story behind the drawing but I couldn't remember it) in Windows 3.1 Paintbrush with my brother watching

NLD of viewing home video on my TV, with my body floating around to match the location movement in the video—fun, but being levitated clear out of the room (and house) was obviously a bit of a problem ; also kept sipping water which magically appeared in my mouth whenever I wanted, for some reason.

NLD of being in a house with some friends; I assumed we were on a TV show for some reason and said it was cool that we got to call this a show, saw a nearby TV playing a show, joked about having a meta-meta-discussion on a show about a show; I was actually doing some awareness/mindfulness practice and felt present during the dream, albeit without lucidity!
