My friend first off, stumbled on lucid dreaming and got freaked out about AP, OBEs, and SP, but i told her about that stuff and what not, but then I told her she should learn about it and she says, "No I don't want to really learn how to do it. I think dreaming is more about going into your subconscious and not about fun and I don't want to do this."
What would be the best way to explain to her that it still is way about your subconscious and even more so then a regular dream, and how do I persuade her to learn?
