      Lengthy Dreams

      What is the longest dream anyone here as ever had? Anyone ever pull like stage 4 inception kinda dream for like 10 years

      No i dont think that happens. Normally dreams skip around and you might travel 10 years into the future but i dont think dreams can last that long. If you can string togather 4 good REM cycles than you can probably acually dream a good 2 hours.

      Some people have had dreams that last days or more. The time in your dreams isn't the same as your REM, so even if you only have a 10 minute nap the dream could be like 20 minutes or more.
      And we don't only dream during REM, although it is more likely.

      thanks for the answers! i couldnt imagine dreaming for a ful vivid two hours let alone a whole day
