Unhappy Sleep/Wake talking and constantly waking up? Help?

Hey, I have been having an odd few problems ever since I moved to college.

First, before this people would sometimes report that I sleep talk occasionally. I never noticed, and thus it never bugged me. However since the first day I moved to my dorm I have woken up in the middle of the night talking. The odd thing is, I will start a sentence in my dream, charge through the middle of it awake, then fall asleep and finish it. All within a few seconds. It only gives me enough time to recognize I am awake by the time I fall asleep again and lose consciousness. This happens sometimes multiple times a night, and is not only frustrating, but awkward as I have a roomie that sleeps 5 or so feet across the room.

The other problem is that I constantly am waking up and rolling over in the middle of the night. This NEVER happened until I moved here. It disrupts sleep, and I have actually punched the ceiling and (painful) brick wall a few times by rolling over too suddenly. Also, as I am in a bunk, I would rather not roll off the bed by accident.

Do you guys know why this might be happening and how I might be able to stop it? The only things that have changed from home are perhaps my sleeping schedule (To the more reasonable hours of 10,11pm-8am, roughly) and the hardness of the mattress. (Which is actually quite more comfortable than my old one) So I don't know how a better schedule and mattress would be waking me up.

EDIT: Whoops, just noticed I posted in the wrong forum. Terribly sorry.

I don't know too much about sleepwalking/talking, and sleep issues. But it might be the change of location. I used to get chronic sleep paralysis and got so fed up with it (before knowing what a gift it is for LDing), I moved where my bed was placed in my room, and it went away.

It could also be your sleeping schedule, or stress. Other than that, I'm stumped.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hm, I hope it isn't just 'cause I am in a different location. I am going to be here a while. Stress isn't all that bad yet because it is still near the beginning of the semester and homework hasn't piled. Also, my sleeping schedule is much much more persistent than it used to be, and I am getting more sleep. (A good 8-9 hours a night now) This is why I am confused.

As for currently, it seems the sleep-talking is getting a LITTLE less frequent, but sorta worse at the same time. For example, I can now say I have burst out laughing at what was an apparently funny dream. Only wish I could remember it, must have been something else to wake me up with laughter. ('Course I fell back asleep in about 2-3 seconds after I stopped laughing)

Soo... anyone else have ideas on how to make it stop? Sorta stumped here and don't know what to try. Hopefully it will gradually go away.
