Last night, without hardly trying(I put maybe ten minutes into this) I nearly WILDed for the first time. I laid on my stomach, focused on my breathing(mainly outward), relaxed my body over and over(I don't know how to explain that, I just let go and pay attention to my body, and think about relaxing, and I do, plus focusing on the sinking feeling when I breathe out), and forced control of a daydream for a few minutes, then just watched the blackness/images and kept focusing on sinking. Soon I felt the wave over my body(going into sleep paralysis), it actually came in two waves, felt amazing, I saw the curtains of color right before this happened, then it felt like, like I was in the blackness I saw, but My heart was racing the entire time, pounding extremely fast, and I couldn't calm it down so I snapped outta it. It was an amazing feeling, I didn't have any vibrations, or sounds occur, just incredibly fast heart rate, and a feeling of waves throughout my body. It scared the hell outta me cuz I wasn't trying to WILD, just trying to relax, that's why my heart was racing, I tried to WILD this morning for nearly thirty minutes, and didn't come close. I believe, for me, doing it at bed time has proven to be a better way about it, so if anyone else is having trouble WILDing the usual way, I recommend this.
