I will get that feeling if I do a meditation that displaces my center of consciousness. Maybe it has something to do with balance, and our physical perception of self? Our perception of where we are in 3-D space? |

I haven't had that sensation while meditating, but I do feel very relaxed if I manage to do it correctly. Try another kind of meditation perhaps? |

It depends on the level of expertise you are at. Some can stay in the state of meditation for hours and get up perfectly lucid and sober. So just practice some more. And try to not resist this woosey feeling, let it relax you. |

I wont say how long I can meditate, but how long I have actually recorded myself which is about 1 hour. But I dont get that woosey drunk feeling anymore. I just get up and get going. And here is how I do it: |

If it is an experience thing, I would say it works the other way around. The best, longest meditations are often the ones that leave me feeling a little goofy. It is most common when I reach very deep trance states. Like I said before, I think it happens when I experience any sort of displaced awareness or ego loss. |
