Yes this actually happens a lot. I've heard stories of people having to write in their dream journals |

When most people seem to have a false awakening, they either realise they're dreaming, or go back to sleep and wake up for real. But is it possible that you don't realise and go on with your day as you normally would? I ask this partly out of interest, and partly because when I woke up this morning I felt quite strange. It's hard to explain, but I just felt... different. Not emotionally different, but just, different. And I did a lot of RC's, but eventually just realised that I wasn't dreaming. But has anyone ever just gone on with their normal day as they would in waking life, and then just suddenly woken up? |

Yeah I've definatly hear people say that they've got ready and left their house and all the sudden woke up and had to do it all over again hahah. That would suck. My false awakenings are usually really dream like and I don't feel conscious at all. On the other hand, I have had FA where I feel conscious and get out of bed, but don't know I'm dreaming. So then I wake up for real. Its hard to explain. Its like I'll have really dreaming FA that I don't have control of, but then I have ones that I actually think I'm awake but am actually dreaming. |

I'm actually started this technique last night. The technique gives you at least three FA a night. I got 2 and became lucid in the last one. |

It used to happen to me all the time, but I've managed to train myself to RC every time I wake up, which helped a lot. |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Fairly recently I dreamt that I woke up and got dressed and all ready for work. Then when I went to leave the house I really did wake up and I was so gutted that I had to get ready all over again! |
|
Yeah, it does feel very annoying, especially if it happens a few times in a row. |

Heres the technique. I would recommend using it every other night because if you dont it will probably wear you out. http://www.dreamviews.com/f49/ifatal...-faild-107419/ |

Yes. It's happened to me. It didn't last long though, I got up, went downstairs, ate cereal and woke up xD |

Wow, this was the last thread I read before having a nap and guess what happened? |
|
yes - last week i had a FA and i got up and started telling my roommate about the lucid dream i just had. then i woke up for real and told her about it all over again... followed by her telling me that i was mumbling in my sleep.. to which i replied "that was probably the part where i was telling about the dream" |
|
I screwed up my last post, this is the actual dream I had from an FA, I found it on one of my old threads |
