Anyway, keep up with the dream journal, use affirmations (+during RC's), lay in bed with eyes closed trying to remember, keep a consistent sleeping schedule. You could also try waking yourself up with an alarm clock during the night. It's not fun but doing it repeatedly for a couple days will help peak your mind in the following days without an alarm. Write down anything you remember. Also, if you're an insomniac like me, staying up all night and sleeping all day, wake up as soon as you can, like 5 or 6am, which helps tire you by 8-10pm.
