Hello,

This question is not your average question but I thought it was interesting so I decided to post it.
I've heard brief mentions of people who can almost have a lucid dream on demand at any time (I don't know if this is true, I heard it somewhere around here once) and I was wondering how good at Lucid Dreaming one can get?
Also how good can ones recall get on a related note?
