      Was it a lucid dream?

Recently I had my first lucid dream, it only lasted about ten seconds because I couldn't hold it, but it's a start right?

Anyway, last night I had this dream about sex with this girl, In my head I kinda think I was lucid because I had some mental thoughts.

I know I was lucid the first time though

Well yeah it's a start alright The more lucids you get, the easier it gets. Next time try to prolong the dream by activating your senses and forgetting about your body in bed. Rub your hands and focus your eyes or something. Sometimes you know you're dreaming, but you don't react or do anything special. Some people would call it semi-lucid. Aslong as you know you're dreaming, it's a lucid.

I'd rather have an amazing non-lucid than a boring short lucid though.

Only you can tell us if it was lucid or not. If you knew you were dreaming, it's lucid. If you didn't, it wasn't.

You were lucid. And don't worry, even some experts have trouble with lucid sex.

I just got a chain of like 5 DILD's, it's just morning here.
I've only had like 8 in my life, and now I almost doubled that. :p
Mine only last for like 5-8 minutes.... I think they'll get longer in time.

Haha, typical beginning LD's! Focus on dream stabilization first, stay calm, and when you become better at lucid dreaming you can sex it up for a longer period of time. Seems legit right? Oh, and congrats!
