yeah it should totally work. using a mnemonic technique, or mantra or whatever you want to call it has always been the most successful lucid dreaming technique for me. combined with meditation and just general awareness it should work. although i don't see the point in wanting to wake up in 6 hours so you can have a lucid dream. how does this increase your chances? after 4 or 5 hours of sleep you start having REM cycles, but why do you want to wake up right before they start happening?
