By the way, I used to have anxiety aswell, and meditation was what done it for me.
I had been having anxiety attacks since i was a young (5 or so) but i never knew what they were. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and i'd just be freaking out. My parents didn't know what was going on.
I started meditating halfway through highschool (still in HS right now, 2nd last year) and I haven't had any attacks for a while now, 6+ months. I'm not sure if you've been given this advice, but just make sure you control your breathing.
