Umm. So everyone says that if you look in a mirror while dreaming, your face looks distorted etc.

But I remember last night, m face was perfectly the same?

Its different for each person. Some can see it fine in a dream, others can't see it at all, and some see holes in it, distorted, etc..

Well it really just depends on the person. There are no rules in dreams, everyone doesn't have the exact same thing happen to them. For most people it is common for mirrors in a dream to distort your body in someway but for others it just looks normal.

Yeah, it can vary from dream to dream too. Sometimes my reflection is normal. Other times really odd. Other times I look just fine at first, but if I keep staring it slowly starts to distort. It's very similar to looking at your hands.

So don't be surprised if the next time you look in a mirror you see something quite different.

It can be anything. I had one dream, a non-lucid, where I saw myself in the mirror just fine.

What the others said, in my experience i look normal in non-lucids, i guess if i didnt look normal then i would become lucid.

I love mirrors in dreams! My reflection used to never be distorted and then it was for awhile and then the other day it was fine again and I thought "wait a minute, you should be distorted!" and it distorted before my eyes. It depends a lot on what you expect and how you will it with your mind.

I've had so many different experiences with mirrors in dreams. In some, I have a perfect reflection, others twisted and distorted. I've actually become lucid from looking in a mirror - twice! Once I had a weird, patchy beard of orange hair, and the other time I was a woman!

I've purposely looked in a mirror in an LD before to see what I look like, and I've had strange double reflections, morphing and distortion and everything in between

I've had times where I looked the same and times where I was distorted. The last I remember, my mouth, eyes and nose were all to the side in a weird angle. I guess it really depends on the person and dream.

It's like when I became lucid, I went to do the finger-hand poke and it didn't work (which it usually does for me) but I still knew I was lucid and stayed lucid for a few minutes.

Things I've looked like in a mirror.
Myself clear, distorted, myself as an old man, a woman and a Chinese man.
In all I was lucid except the Chinese man, I caught my reflection and when I was Chinese realised I was dreaming.
