What I'm thinking of trying is sleeping for 4 hrs and then waking up and downing a mt. dew quickly and then falling back asleep (of course having the soda right beside my bed for quick access) and when I fall asleep and go into the dreamstate within 10-20 mins the caffeine will kick in by then, thus causing higher awareness to pin point wrong things, and then causing a DILD or MILD if you did a mantra. |
