Hey guys, im kinda new but just wanted to let u guys know a tip that has helped me get to sleep with my insomnia problems and has got me to WILD a few times.
Any way's here it is...
1st off i count to a 100 over and over until im tired enuff, but the difference is i count real slow cuz i think u have to focus more and its like mimicing theta waves which is what ur brain waves are when u sleep.
So i count like this mainly 1 then wait 3 secs or so then 2 and so on.
Then after a while im so tired i count even slower and slowers until im out. I do this with WBTB technique too
