Not really. If anything, he might wake me up when I am lucid dreaming, which I don't mind, because I know I can DEILD. Though if I don't, well, I'd be happy telling him what I was dreaming about anyway. It's all good.

I tried this and it worked pretty well. I was able to fall asleep faster, plus had no problem waking up to the vibrating alarm after a sleep cycle. The earplugs felt very strange, though, since I haven't used them before, and caused a curious side effect. Since I was so focused on the feeling of the earplugs, my dream body had earplugs also. I could hear, but they were really annoying. I keep pulling them out and a new pair kept regenerating.

My girlfriend is pretty supportive, though she is not really interested in lucid dreaming. She's had one or two from me talking about it to her.
I'm a light sleeper and she's a heavy sleeper, so I usually wake up without bothering her.

It interrupts me when I set my alarm in the middle of the night to perform a WBTB she violently wakes up and begins yelling at me about waking her with my "nonsense" thus ruining my whole attempt because I fully awaken arguing with her.

Does anyone else have a person they are with like this? That disrupts your progress and ruins perfectly good LD attempts!?
I don't mean to offend, but she sounds like a terrible person. I could never be with someone that close-minded and disrespectful for someone else's interests.

Shes not a terrible person, just doesn't know what lucid dreaming is first hand. Probably scared by the idea.
