I agree with gab, if you can elaborate more in your dream journal, even better. For example, in your Mad-Eye Moody dream, you stated that you were in a maze for part of a competition. What did the maze look like? What did the troll things look like? Did they make a noise? What was the weather like during the competition, cloudy, clear, or night time? I know it seems laborious to include a bunch of details, but it does increase recall. I love HP dreams by the way
I agree also, sleep paralysis is nothing to be afraid of. It can be spooky, but I like to treat it as an adventure when it happens. You never know WHAT is lurking about O_O. Make it fun.
One final note, how's your sleep schedule? You getting enough? I have never had a good LD when I was sleep deprived. Oh yeah, when ever you have one of those semi-lucid dreams where you're just wandering around, pick one thing to try to remember. For example, remember to look at your hands. Really look at them, move them around, make obscene gestures with them, etc. That might help stabilize the dream and make it more vivid so you can come to your senses in the LD and do something fun.
Good Luck Amanda!
