That DJ entry was months ago...now I usually write down dreams with much more detail (if I can remember) and often the dream is a bit groggy so I cannot remember sounds or tastes much.
I guess I'm just a little paranoid because I've never done it before, and I bet when I actually pluck up courage to do it, I'll feel silly that I was scared before!!

I go to bed at 10, almost always asleep at 10:30 and wake up around 6:30, although my alarm is set for 7. I've never done a purposeful WBTB, but when I do it's much easier to lucid, even if those lucids aren't very vivid or real.

I've been trying sporadic awareness today, and I might make it the norm for me to try to increase awareness.

I'll try to remember to stabilise too! I usually just walk around and do whatever I come across.
