      after sleep paralisis?

so far I've found it easy to get into sleep paralysis by one method that one guy gave me, I'm not sure If this is WILD because I sleep every night from 10pm and wake up at 4am to do a sleep paralysis so probably Ive missed my REM, this is confusing to me because sleep paralysis is only easy if Ive had a deep long sleep, usually before REM is not enough , should I switch back to wake up before my REM and try?, Because after sleep paralysis I can't seem to fall in to lucid dream but wake up, when my heartbeat raise Its hard for my eyes to stay closed, and when its over, Its really over, I'm back to normal conditions and couldn't sleep again. help!

Why is this thread posted here and in Meta Forum?

So...you only find sleep paralysis easy if you have a deep long sleep, but you are asking if waking up before this happens will help you obtain lucidity?

Am I close on interpreting your question?
