Thread: Sleep Study: Learning Through Our Dreams

Hey everybody,

I'm doing my graduation project on dreaming. Namely the correlations that exist between lifestyle, dreams, and learning. I wanted to gather my own data. Starting my research, I knew that I wouldn't have access to a sleep center or any other fancy tools so I needed get information another way. I wrote a sort of "DIY" sleep study.
