This morning I met my super consciousness and it taught me what it was like for other people to talk to me. I learned what it is like to be around me when I am rude and crabby. I was not in a dream, I was the dream and the dream was me. I had no form, but that which I wished, for the whole dream in itself was me. I had knowledge of myself close within reach and gained some of it. I also learned how to be more lucid.
The experiences that I consider Dream Yoga can be as varied as the number of people who try it. It can be experienced in a number of ways. As far as your dream, you achieved it through meditation and it had a value to your sself exploration, so it does count 100% in my mind.

I like buffets, too Wouldn't it be nice to be able to pick our next reality from a giant afterlife buffet table? See all those possibilities laid out, freshly prepared and well garnished?

Hmm. I think you just summarized, in 30 words, the entire creed of sleep yoga as interpreted from the Tibetan Book of the Dead. Very nice!

I just now watched that movie "Inception" and must agree with Sageous! The Matrix did have some value in my mind, but Inception was almost worthless. I actually almost fell asleep during it, and so did my wife. It is very action packed with lots of gun fire, but it has no real value in understanding LDs. I assume lots of people liked it, but its only value is as an action flick.
