That's interesting. I suggest you to, every time you feel embarrassed, try to make them feel embarrassed. For example, make them fall on the floor etc. |

Well I've only had 2 LD's so far, but in the one I vividly remember I felt embarassed when trying to fly (I didnt end up flying, just falling flat on my back haha, but I think I will learn how). Obviously I know, I created the characters, I shouldn't be embarassed by anything. But the characters I produced were alot more real than I expected. I do need to LD more to overcome this, but I was wondering if anybody else out there had this? |

Often when I just become lucid I feel embarrassed, because most of the time I'm not sure whether I'm dreaming or not. In this cases I have made it a rule of thumb for myself that whenever I think that I might be in a dream, I just run and jump out of the nearest window. Once out, I notice that I am in fact dreaming and then all the embarrassment disappears. After all, why would you feel embarrassed in front of yourself? |

I realize that i'm dreaming.
<--- My Dream Journal Contains ONLY Lucid Dreams
I normally feel emotions very strongly in dreams. Strangely, I don't remember ever feeling embarrassed. I tend to be very uninhibited in lucid dreams. I will do stupid stuff, take my clothes off, sing, yell to entire crowds. I've never considered it before you asked. |

I've never been embarrassed in a LD before... no reason to be. Though I am embarrassed at some of the things I do in my LDs, which is why I don't post my DJ here on Dreamviews. |

I get embarrassed all the time in non lucids (....and in real life) but never in a lucid! Just remind yourself it's a DREAM and DCs don't even care. I'm sure you're not alone though, and that this has happened to others before. |
