I agree with the other posters, however I feel compelled to mention that the going through the wall part may have been done outside of your body, astral projection. This sort of thing you have described is something I have read about from different authors detailing projection experiences. So it is a possibility that you went from projection to lucidity.

I have had one similar experience when I was younger, I was walking through my back gate at my house, an I attempted to walk through the kitchen wall, I had intense vibrations in my head and body and I wasnt able to handle it. Thank you for the help
